Pyongyang, May 21 (KCNA) -- North Hwanghae and Kangwon provinces of the DPRK concentrate all efforts on rice-transplanting, inciting the massive anti-epidemic atmosphere.
The North Hwanghae Provincial Rural Economy Committee has made sure that precedence is given to such farming preparations as tilling paddy fields, storing water in the fields and harrowing fields and timely provision of healthy seedlings and all other farming processes are ensured smoothly without letup.
Farms in Hwangju County have transplanted rice seedlings in over 100 hectares of fields every day.
Other counties, too, carry out the rice-transplanting as required by the Juche farming methods.
Agricultural officials in Kangwon Province established a proper working system and have ensured the field guidance in a substantial way to carry out the daily rice-transplanting plan. -0-
