Pyongyang, May 30 (KCNA) -- The spread of the malignant pandemic disease brought the DPRK to the worst upheaval ever since its foundation.
However, the Korean people have given full play to their indomitable spirit, the treasured sword enabling them to turn difficulties into victories, without any slightest vacillation or pessimism.
There is nothing to fear and impossible to do when we fully display our indomitable spirit - this is the faith of the Korean people.
The course of the Korean revolution is not smooth at all.
It has been so arduous that others would not stand even a single day.
But the Korean people have strenuously advanced, overcoming all difficulties.
They liberated the country by waging a long bloody anti-Japanese war with the indomitable spirit. They also defeated the U.S. imperialist aggressors armed with A-bombs in the three-year-long hard-fought Fatherland Liberation War.
They also overcame such hardship as the arduous march, the forced march in the 1990s when they were at a crossroads - whether to emerge victorious by remaining independent or to become colonial slaves of the imperialists.
Let us fully demonstrate the power and spirit of heroic Korea with an indomitable spirit! - this is the strong fighting spirit peculiar to the Korean people pushing ahead with the anti-epidemic struggle and the economic construction simultaneously. -0-
