Pyongyang, June 24 (KCNA) -- A national seminar on Chairman Kim Jong Il 's undying exploits and the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un 's decade-long leadership exploits took place in Kinshasa, DR Congo on June 16 on the occasion of the Chairman's start of work at the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea.
Present there were Andre Lohekele Kalonda, chairman of the National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea of the DR Congo, its general secretary and deputy general secretary, chiefs of different study groups and adherents of the Juche idea.
The chairman of the National Committee made a keynote report.
The reporter said that from June 19, 1964 when Kim Jong Il started his work at the WPK Central Committee, a radical turn began in the development of the WPK.
He praised Kim Jong Il for setting the Juche idea as the monolithic guiding idea of the WPK, establishing a firm ideological and leadership system of the leader within the WPK and developing it into the one with strong organizing ability and fighting efficiency.
He said that Kim Jong Il provided a springboard for building a powerful nation by formulating and pursuing Songun politics as the main political mode under socialism to cope with the rapidly changing world political situation when the DPRK faced manifold stern trials and difficulties resulting from the imperialist allied forces' extreme offensive for stifling it and a series of natural disasters.
He noted that Kim Jong Il led all officials to take warm motherly care of the people under the slogan "We Serve the People!" and made sure that such traits prevailed throughout the Party.
He added that the cause of Kim Jong Il is being successfully carried forward by the respected Marshal Kim Jong Un .
Speakers expressed their will to study and disseminate the Juche idea more briskly. -0-
