Pyongyang, June 26 (KCNA) -- Sylvere Boswa Isekombe, general secretary of the Communist Party of Democratic Congo, issued a statement under the title "The Workers' Party of Korea serving the people" on June 19 to mark the 58th anniversary of Chairman Kim Jong Il 's start of work at the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK).
Noting that Leader Kim Jong Il devoted himself to developing the WPK into a genuine people's party serving the people, the statement said:
