Pyongyang, June 26 (KCNA) -- Political parties, organizations and personages in Guinea and Russia issued statements on the occasion of the June 25-July 27 month of anti-U.S. joint struggle.
The Democratic Rally of Africa-Democratic Party of Guinea in a statement exposed the truth of the U.S. imperialists' provocation of the Korean War in the 1950s and expressed support to the righteous stand and measures of the Workers' Party of Korea and the DPRK government doing their all to defend the country's sovereignty, the dignity of the nation and peace.
The Korean War Veterans' Council in Russia said in a statement that the Korean people achieved a world-startling legendary victory in the fierce three-year-long war, firmly united around President Kim Il Sung .
However, the U.S. imperialists and the south Korean war maniacs are aggravating the tense situation of the Korean peninsula, oblivious of their historic lesson from 72 years ago, it pointed out, adding:
We denounce the U.S. imperialists for getting hell-bent on the arms buildup to bring dark clouds of a new war while persistently ignoring the peaceful proposals of the DPRK.
Vadim Kudimin, director of the Russian Institute of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, in a statement stressed it was thanks to the great leader's wise guidance that the Korean people could defeat the U.S. imperialists in the Fatherland Liberation War.
Banou Keita, chairman of the Guinea-Korea Friendship and Solidarity Association, in a statement talked in detail about the truth of the start of the Korean War and the defeat of the U.S. imperialists. -0-
