Pyongyang, July 2 (KCNA) -- A seminar in the field of machine-building industry took place on June 30 and July 1 through video-conferencing under the sponsorship of the Central Committee of the General Federation of Science and Technology of Korea.
The seminar aimed to solve the sci-tech problems arising in enhancing the efficiency of parts and elements of tractors including fuel and gear pumps.
Present there were officials, scientists and technicians of more than 10 units including Kim Il Sung University, Kim Chaek University of Technology, Pyongyang University of Mechanical Engineering and the Ministry of Machine-building Industry.
The seminar appreciated treatises. Speeches were made to be followed by a question-and-answer session.
Drawing the attention of the participants were the sci-tech problems in raising the efficiency of the parts of tractors and the quality of machine goods. -0-
