Pyongyang, July 5 (KCNA) -- A work has been stepped up in the DPRK to ensure the anti-epidemic safety of the places where people can rapidly take shelters in case of flooding.
Songchon County of South Phyongan Province stored up tens of thousands of pieces of medicines and medical supplies in tens of kinds and completed the arrangement of reagents and equipment for the disinfectant production.
Pukchong County of South Hamgyong Province took detailed measures to supply disinfectant to the refuge places without interruption and provide them with boiled water to prevent the outbreak of enteric epidemic.
Thaechon and Taegwan counties in North Phyongan Province directed their efforts to the work for keeping the first-aid medical equipment and ambulances on a constant standby and furnishing the temporary isolation wards.
Efforts are paid to deploying the mobile anti-epidemic posts at those refuge places and keeping their sanitary safety. -0-
