Pyongyang, July 6 (KCNA) -- Macrobians in the DPRK are leading a happy life under the warm care of the Workers' Party of Korea for the people. Pak Hak Sil, a centenarian living in Koup-ri of Kangnam County, Pyongyang, received a birthday spread sent by the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un .
Pak could hardly repress the swelling emotion and extended her heartfelt thanks to Kim Jong Un .
Born into a poor peasant family before Korea's liberation from the Japanese imperialists' colonial rule, she had to undergo the bitters of life with sorrow of a ruined nation. After President Kim Il Sung liberated the country, she could lead a worthwhile life to the full as a master of the country and land.
She devoted herself to farming work with a single mind to repay the benevolence of the Party and brought all her children up as full-fledged persons.
She has always requested her children to work harder for the socialist system, saying that the DPRK where all the people help and lead each other forward, forming a great harmonious family, is the best in the world. -0-
