Young people at the Hungnam Fertilizer Complex have turned out to produce more fertilizers.
Those at the urea workshop of the complex have overfulfilled their daily production plans by working day and night, while those of the gas purifying workshop, synthesis workshop No. 1 and gas generator workshop have displayed a high sense of responsibility in the management of machines and other production processes as required by technical regulations of operation.
Thanks to the positive assistance of skilled workers to improve the technical knowledge and skills of inexperienced young workers, the overall level of technical knowledge and skills has been boosted and substantial success made in production.
A mass technical innovation drive has been conducted vigorously. Young people at different workshops have solved technological problems arising in production by themselves.
Many more fertilizers are sent to socialist rural areas, thanks to their enthusiasm to contribute greatly to attaining the goal of grain production for this year by increasing the production of fertilizers.
