State measures were recently taken to activate such technical cooperation under the regular work system and plan.
Researchers of Kim Il Sung University established a production process of main raw materials for the manufacture of cutting tools, in cooperation with technicians and workers of the Pyongyang Cermet Tools Development Company, and made new trial products to confirm their technical indices.
