Pyongyang, August 11 (KCNA) -- Farms in North Hwanghae Province of the DPRK take measures to protect the crops in the latter growing period from natural damage.
The province supplied scores of tons of humic acid compound fertilizer to its cities and counties and see to it that farm work, including fertilizing and plowing, is done in a sci-tech way during the rainy season.
Farms in Sariwon City, Hwangju County, etc. apply various growth stimulants to rice fields in a planned way.
Now that the atmospheric humidity is high and the percentage of sunshine is low, Songrim City takes a scientific measure.
