Pyongyang, August 14 (KCNA) -- Members of youth shock brigades of over 20 coal mines in South Phyongan Province have of the DPRK carried out their yearly tunneling plan.
Youth shock brigades of the Sunchon Area Youth Coal Mining Complex have accomplished their yearly tunneling plan by carrying out their daily tunneling plan by 150 percent.
Those of the Anju Area Coal Mining Complex attained high results by launching an emulation drive in which one overtakes and learns from others.
The members of the youth shock brigade made technical innovations to raise the blasting efficiency and thus registered signal successes in tunneling.
Tunneling workers of the Tokchon Area Coal-Mining Complex and the Tukjang Area Coal Mining Complex found many coal beds while increasing the proportion of mechanization in pits.
Members of the shock brigades of the Pukchang Area Youth Coal Mining Complex and the Kaechon Area Coal Mining Complex have carried out their tunneling plan through a dynamic mass movement. -0-
