This happened at a station of the Pyongyang Metro some time ago.
A young man kindly offered his seat to an old man who got on a tube train at the Ponghwa Station.
Carefully looking at the old man, he asked if he had any heart trouble.
The old man told about a symptom of his disease. Listening to him, the young man explained how to treat his illness and helped him to walk home.
Before saying good-bye to him, he wrote his phone number and gave it to him, saying: You should come to the hospital tomorrow. If you have any problem, please tell me. I'll help you.
His house was in the opposite direction of the old man's.
Next day, the old man went to the hospital where the doctor he had met in the previous evening was working. Guided by him, he was given a general examination and treatment.
With his warm humanity the young man left deep impressions on the old man. He is Kim Chung Song, doctor of the Cardiovascular Surgery Department of the Hospital of the Pyongyang University of Medical Sciences.
