Pyongyang, August 26 (KCNA) -- According to information of the State Emergency Epidemic Prevention Headquarters, it made clear that all the fever cases who occurred in Ryanggang Province were ones with influenza.
Experts of relevant sectors proved that influenza virus is the cause of the fever outbreak on the basis of the observation of clinical symptoms, survey of epidemiological relations and nucleic acid test for the fever cases.
The fever cases recovered with normal temperature.
In this regard, the public health and anti-epidemic organs recommended that all inhabitants take special heed of management of their health, wear mask and inform relevant organs in time without moving in the case of having fever as influenza can easily occur in Ryanggang Province, northern highland, and almost other areas of the country under the condition in which the difference of atmospheric temperature is getting hard at day and night according to seasonal change.
The State Emergency Epidemic Prevention Headquarters instructed all the emergency anti-epidemic units to more strictly conduct identification of fever case and screening and examination.
The blockade of the area where the fever cases occurred was lifted. -0-
