The Ministry of Metallurgical Industry dispatched officials to iron and steel plants to timely solve the knotty problems in the current production and the project for putting the production processes on a Juche basis and to provide a guarantee for production revitalization through effective management of equipment and technical control.
Workers and technicians of the oxygen heat blast furnace shop at the Kim Chaek Iron and Steel Complex considerably increased the capacity of pig iron production by overhauling the furnace in a qualitative way.
Officials of the Chollima Steel Complex have taken the lead in technical innovation movement and carried on its monthly review and appraisal effectively to encourage the employees to introduce valuable technical inventions one after another.
