Recently, technicians with hearing impairments under the Korean Association of Deaf and Blind have developed various sign-language tutorial applications, contributing to the education of students with hearing impairments. In particular, the development team headed by Kim Pong Hyok developed Sonmal 1.0, a sign-language translation support application composed of grounding, sentence, dictionary and test, in cooperation with professional organs. They are striving to reach a higher stage of sci-tech development.
