Pyongyang, October 2 (KCNA) -- Meetings were held at various units of Kangwon Province in the DPRK to mark the 70th anniversary of President Kim Il Sung 's field guidance.
Reports were made at the events attended by officials concerned and officials and working people of the relevant units.
The reporters noted that the President gave field guidance to various units of the province in October Juche 41 (1952).
They referred to the achievements made over the past 70 years, stressing that the President's field guidance served as a banner greatly encouraging the Korean people to the victory in the Fatherland Liberation War and an important occasion of promoting the development of the relevant units.
They expressed the will to turn their villages associated with the Party's immortal leadership exploits into socialist paradises by decisively increasing the agricultural production.
They also called for bringing about a rich harvest every year by raising a hot wind of scientific, high-yielding farming and for loving and assisting with sincerity the People's Army.
They stressed the need to glorify the immortal leadership exploits of the peerlessly great men and fully demonstrate the stamina and mettle of the creators of the spirit of Kangwon Province and achieve a rapid development in Korean-style socialist rural construction, rallied close around the Party. -0-
