Vasile Orleanu,President,Supreme Council of the National Socialist Party (Romania)Romanian National Committee for the Study of Juche IdeaIt is found that a growing number of political forces are currently interested in the national and socialist movement, the struggle for independence and social peace, and new centers of power are emerging.In these conditions for humanity, for progressive forces, in solving these major problems on the independence and sovereignty of peoples, dependent on climatic factors of nature conservation and efficient use of resources, the study and application of new methods are needed, in which man must be placed at the center .We must emphasize in the current context that Juche philosophy which is the growing dialogue in solving paradigms.In this context, I will discuss some considerations regarding the notion of sovereignty, which, in my opinion, is an inseparable component of the concept of Independence.For the research of state and sovereignty, it would be necessary to first examine some theoretical issues. Such an approach is necessary to highlight the causal link between the study of ideology through Juche idea and its interference with the study of the concept of Sovereignty:We can say that the sovereignty of the state appeared with its appearance, but the ideas and conceptions about sovereignty appear much later.Sovereignty can only be manifested by the will of those who hold it. Their representatives exercise a social function, implementing the imperative will of the people and they are responsible for its observance.It can be seen that for the people sovereignty is the right to decide on their destiny, to establish the political line of the state and the composition of its organs, as well as to control its activity.At the same time, it must be acknowledged that state sovereignty are achieved through wars of independence or violent popular revolutions.If we see it through the Juche idea created by the great visionary Comrade Kim Il Sung, we will see clearly that there are major differences in the application and observance of fundamental human rights, the different forms of organization of human society.The desire of the creator of the Korean socialist state to be independent, sovereign, imprinted on the Juche idea is passed down from generation to generation, to the glory and glory of the DPRK people, thus maintaining state and political sovereignty, military and economic independence, the decision of the people organized around a patriotic leader and determined, peace-loving people.This is, in my opinion, the great merit of Comrades Kim Il Sung, Kim Jong Il and Kim Jong Un. Imperialism will be defeated by the example of the great conquests of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.Starting from the organizational and ideological preparations made during the anti-Japanese revolutionary struggle, Comrade Kim Il Sung created the most powerful political weapon, the Workers’ Party of Korea, an organization that united all forces in all provinces and was put in order or consolidated in many factories, companies and institutions, as well as in different regions of the country, creating the premise of remarkable achievements.It is important to know well the principles of Juche philosophy clearly expressed by Comrade Kim Il Sung in a speech entitled Let Us Embody the Revolutionary Spirit of Independence, Self-sustenance and Self-defence More Thoroughly in All Branches of State Activity (December 16, 1967), to strengthen the country's independent policy, to better build the foundation of a national economy able to ensure and to reliably protect security of the homeland by our own strength in all areas.Independence and Sovereignty - are the cornerstones of any state, without them there is no state and any attribution of them leads, as a matter of public international law, to the death of that state. The surrender of sovereignty is a crime against nations.Today, in an increasingly globalized world, what is the engine of any country and nation in achieving independence and sovereignty?It is a correct leadership of the party and the leader over the masses of the people.Comrade Kim Jong Il said:“How the masses are awakened to consciousness and organized in a revolutionary way, and how they perform their revolutionary duties and historical mission, depend on whether or not they are given correct leadership by the party and the leader.”Proper mass management could not be possible until the emergence of the working class and the prominent leaders of the revolution. The emergence of the working class provided conditions for the socio-class to be an independent subject of history. The working class was born when capitalist society began to grow after the fall of feudal society.This provided the foundation for the socio-class for people to become an independent subject of history. But this does not mean that only with the emergence of the working class can people become an independent subject of history.The decisive factor that allows people to become an independent subject of history is the leadership of an exceptional leader. In other words, the people can be the independent subject of history only if they have the main leader. In the Spartacus and Sicilian rebellions, the Kabo Peasants’ War in Korea, the Taipingtianguo Peasants’ War, and the Sipai Rebellion in India, the people fought bloody battles against exploitation and oppression, but the people received only different forms of chains. Many sacrifices were made in the struggle for the overthrow of the old society, but in the end they were deprived of their achievements by the exploiting class.In the exploiting society, people could not be masters of history but they became the object of history. People at this stage could not be called the independent subject of history who makes history and shapes its destiny in an independent and creative way.Comrades Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il created and developed a guiding scientific ideology, thus giving light and hope in people’s path.People can know how to shape their destiny along the guiding scientific ideology created by the leader and thus can rise in the struggle to create a new independent and just world, overturning the old world of domination and subjugation. The leader also forms revolutionary political organizations, such as the working class party, to unite the organizational people, to make them the powerful force of the revolution. As a result, people have managed to open up a new era of victory and glory, ending a painful history full of delays and bitter frustrations.The Korean people have become the independent, sovereign subject of history that shapes their destiny in an independent and creative way, ending the history of suffering and subordination of empires, only under the wise guidance of great leaders Comrades Kim Il Sung, Kim Jong Il and Kim Jong Un.Through hundreds of years, even thousands of years, there had been all sorts of wars. Western “democracies” mask their crimes in course against humanity perpetuated in every corner of the planet.They continue to rape and plunder the planet for profit, wage wars, invade and bomb countries and destroy entire societies and cultures.Oppressed people and nations around the world rose up against their colonial and feudal oppression. A new world could be a world based on equality and justice, a world free of exploitation, oppression, hunger, disease, ignorance. A world is emerging in which people work for the common good, not for personal gain. In other words, a world based on the socialist principle of the common good, not on capitalist exploitation.The socialist model based on the Juche idea, despite savage sanctions, demonization, isolation, constant threats from imperialism promoted the DPRK not only survived but, under the wise leadership of its great leaders Comrades Kim Il Sung, Kim Jong Il and Kim Jong Un has advanced economically, developed a sophisticated nuclear arsenal.The Korean people will achieve this ultimate goal, and not according to the US and its regional allies but by their own efforts.The world desperately needs new idea to replace the old world model based on robbery and war. The study of Juche idea can provide valuable lessons and answers in the world of the future.In conclusion, I would like to emphasize that we need to propel international collaboration based on the Juche idea.
