More than 5 300 youths volunteered to work on major fronts of socialist construction across the country in the past one year.
It is nearly one year since the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un sent a congratulatory letter to young people who volunteered for difficult and labourconsuming fronts of socialist construction on the occasion of Youth Day in 2021.
Whenever the country underwent ordeals and needed take another leap forward, young people volunteered to work on such fronts including coal mine, farm, branch schools on islands, and grazing land.
The revolutionary spirit of young people across the country who were willing to put their heart and soul into making breakthroughs for rapid progress and innovation grew higher on the occasion of the Fourth Plenary Meeting of the Eighth Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea.
After the meeting more than 4 250 young people went to work at new posts with certificates of volunteering.
Among such youths across the country are university graduates who left their dear hometowns and parents to go to work at schools in remote mountain villages.
Such volunteers also include youth league officials who were the first to volunteer to work on such fronts in hearty response to the call of the Party and revolution and with enthusiasm to inspire people by setting practical examples.
Greeting Youth Day young people give full play to their patriotism by volunteering for such important economic sectors as metal and coal industries, major construction sites and major fronts of socialist construction.
