Kim Jong Un, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and president of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, sent a congratulatory floral basket to Thongloun Sisoulith, general secretary of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party and president of the Lao People's Democratic Republic (LPDR), on the occasion of the 47th founding anniversary of the LPDR.
The floral basket bearing the august name of Kim Jong Un was courteously conveyed to an official of the Foreign Ministry of Laos by the DPRK ambassador to Laos.
The words on the ribbon of the floral basket read "Warm Congratulations on the 47th founding anniversary of the Lao People's Democratic Republic."
