Pyongyang, December 5 (KCNA) -- In order to build a powerful socialist country on this land as early as possible, all officials should perfectly carry out the tasks given by the Party with extraordinary determination and sense of responsibility, says Rodong Sinmun Monday in an editorial.
Now that the Korean-style socialist construction is making a leap forward onto a new stage, setting it as a grand goal to make its overall development, the importance of our officials' position and role and their sense of responsibility are being highlighted, the editorial notes, and goes on:
Their thoughts and activities should be thoroughly oriented and subordinated to the implementation of the Party Central Committee's plan with high sense of responsibility.
The Party's policies are the absolute standard of all work, and the best way for overcoming any difficulties and a shortcut to the advance and leap forward lie in thoroughly meeting the requirements of the Party's policies.
When officials hold fast to the Party's policies, draw up detailed plans on the basis of them and ensure scientific accuracy and perfection in every moment and process, they can be fully responsible for the work of their units before the Party.
Officials exist for the unconditional and perfect implementation of the Party's policies.
The more challenging and difficult the situation gets, the higher our officials should raise their sense of responsibility and activity and redouble their confidence and courage.
