Pyongyang, December 5 (KCNA) -- North Hamgyong Province of the DPRK has pushed ahead with the technical updating of regional industry factories.
The provincial people's committee has urged the factories to review the execution of their technical updating goals and take proper steps.
It also saw to it that exchanged and shared are the experience and technical innovation achievements of the Susongchon General Foodstuff Factory, a model in establishing an integrated production system and putting the management activities on a scientific and IT basis.
It also strove to build up the sci-tech force at foodstuff factories of the province with technicians and skilled workers in order to complete the work for establishing the oil refining and water disinfection processes and provide them with sci-tech data.
After establishing the fermented soybean production process ahead of schedule, the Chongjin Condiments Factory has put spurs to the work for manufacturing tangle-processing equipment.
The White Apricot Processing Factory in Hoeryong City established a glucose syrup production process based on saccharine crops and is directing efforts to establishing a sugar production process.
As the construction projects of various Koryo medicine pharmaceutical factories for this year are nearing completion, the province is propelling the work for manufacturing equipment. -0-
