The 6th Enlarged Plenary Meeting of the 8th Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) confirming the development policy for the new year 2023 is continuing its work.
The 4th-day sitting of the plenary meeting, held on Dec. 29, conducted the work for working out the draft resolution of the plenary meeting of the Party Central Committee through the sectional workshops and consultative meetings for thoroughly implementing the important tasks set forth in the historic report of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un.
The sectional workshops and consultative meetings are conducting sincere discussions to establish in a scientific, progressive and realistic ways the struggle plan for 2023 which should open a new phase of upsurge in socialist construction.
The sectional consultations intensify the discussion with main emphasis on attaining the key goals for increased production in the economic sector, the fulfillment of the strategy of readjustment and reinforcement, the improvement of the people's standard of living and the socialist cultural construction for next year.
Senior officials of the Party and the government are guiding the workshops and consultations.
