Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un Sends Greetings to Chairman of Chongryon Central Standing Committee

Kim Jong Un, president of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Sunday sent a message of greeting to Ho Jong Man, chairman of the Central Standing Committee of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan (Chongryon), on the occasion of the New Year Juche 112 (2023).
The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un in the message extended warm congratulations to Chairman Ho Jong Man, First Vice-Chairman Pak Ku Ho and all other Chongryon officials and compatriots in Japan, on the occasion of the New Year 2023, along with the hearts of the great leaders.
The message noted that last year Chongryon officials and Korean compatriots in Japan, overcoming the great difficulties in the alien land, launched a courageous march towards a new era of prosperity of Chongryon with its 25th Congress as an occasion, and were sincerely rejoiced at the eye-opening events in the socialist homeland and cheered them up with sincerity.
Kim Jong Un in the message extended his warm thanks to the grateful people who have registered the proud successes on the road of patriotism, on behalf of the Government of the Republic and representing the sincerity of the people in the homeland who value and love Chongryon exceptionally.
In the hopeful New Year our people will greet with splendor the 75th founding anniversary of the DPRK and the 70th anniversary of the victory in the great Fatherland Liberation War with high pride and precious memory, the message said.
In the message he expressed the firm belief that Chongryon and the Koreans in Japan would more strikingly demonstrate their true nature as a dignified overseas citizens' organization of our Republic this auspicious year and put the overall patriotic work on a high-pitched track to record a glorious page in the history of the Juche-oriented movement of Koreans in Japan.
We always remember the compatriots in Japan who have shown unsparing sincerity to the prosperity of their motherland and Chongryon, cherishing our national flag even in the windy alien land, the message said, adding that we will as ever reliably defend the dignity and rights and interests of our compatriots and the dreams and future of their children and cultivate them more beautifully with the powerful might and warm blood ties of our state.
The message sincerely wished good health to all the compatriots in Japan and happiness to their families this significant year, too.
