Pyongyang, January 26 (KCNA) -- The Sunchon Cement Complex of the DPRK steps up the production to carry out the main economic task for this year set forth at the Sixth Plenary Meeting of the Eighth Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea.
The complex is giving priority to increasing the number of rotations of kilns and fully supplying fire-proof materials by relying on its own technical force, while carrying on the technical guidance to produce the necessary steel castings by itself.
Its workshops have taken practical measures in time to put the operation of kilns and crushers on a normal track and improve the quality of mixture and cement.
Workers and technicians of the coal-crushing workshop are pooling their creative wisdom and efforts to prevent environmental pollution and produce more products at a lower cost.
Workers of the Sunchon Limestone Mine have improved the performance of mining equipment and increased their operation rate to reliably ensure the preceding process of cement production. -0-
