How provincial party committees attach importance to the work for rural development and how they exert efforts decides on success in the work to develop the regional economy, provide the people with affluent and civilized living conditions, raise the political consciousness and cultural level of the agricultural workers and transform the regional appearance as befitting the looks of a powerful country.
