The Suphung and Thaechon Power Stations give precedence to technical guidance for ensuring normal operation by inventing and introducing technical innovation proposals conducive to putting the water control on a highly scientific basis and thoroughly establishing the system for preventive maintenance of equipment in a planned way.
The Suphung Power Station has further strengthened the production base by installing a new-type turbine bucket. While directing efforts to the management of the hydraulic structures, it has finished the general overhaul of breakers and raised the operating rate of generators.
The Thaechon Power Station with a number of units is actively conducting the technical innovation movement to increase the output of generators on the basis of having calculated the volume and head of water according to its characteristics.
Other units concerned with those power stations play a big role in the readjustment and reinforcement of the existing foundation and the normalization of the production while turning out all sorts of accessories in quality.
