Pyongyang, February 2 (KCNA) -- South Hwanghae Province of the DPRK, which is playing a big role in attaining the grain production goal for this year set by the Party, directs efforts to raising the sense of responsibility and working ability of the officials of the rural primary organizations.
The provincial Party committee and rural economy committee have taken substantial measures to build up the ranks of officials of rural primary organizations who play a core role in implementing the programme for rural revolution in the new era and to prepare them as masters of scientific farming.
The work is underway to methodologically push ahead with dispatching teachers, scientists and researchers of agricultural universities and institutes and competent officials of agricultural guidance organ in the province to rural areas so as to help junior officials.
Intensive information and technical guidance for introducing the advanced farming methods and new technologies are conducted in various forms and ways.
As a result, the trait of attaching importance to the scientific farming is getting higher among the officials of the rural primary organizations. -0-
