Pyongyang, 3 de febrero (ACNC) -- Tuvo lugar el dia 2 en el Palacio de los Congresos Mansudae el 24o Pleno de la XIV Legislatura del Presidium de la Asamblea Popular Suprema de la Republica Popular Democratica de Corea. Lo presidio Choe Ryong Hae, miembro del Presidium del Buro Politico del Comite Central del Partido del Trabajo de Corea, primer vicepresidente del Comite de Asuntos Estatales y presidente del Presidium de la APS de la RPDC. Asistieron a la ocasion los miembros del Presidium de la APS. Participaron en calidad de observador los funcionarios correspondientes del Presidium de la APS, el Secretariado del Consejo de Ministros, ministerios y organos centrales. Se plantearon como agenda la adopcion de la ley de la RPDC sobre la proteccion de los secretos del Estado, la de administracion de ferrocarriles, la de educacion de los talentos, la de prestamo y la de simbolos nacionales y el balance sobre el estado de ejecucion y supervision de la ley de la RPDC sobre el aseguramiento de las condiciones de vida de los oficiales licenciados. Hubo el informe sobre el contenido principal de los proyectos de leyes correspondientes deliberados en la Comision de Legislacion de la APS. Luego de estudiar y deliberar las opiniones sobre los proyectos, la reunion plenaria aprobo dichas leyes como decreto del Presidium de la APS. Acto seguido, hizo balance del estado de ejecucion y supervision de la ley de la RPDC sobre el aseguramiento de las condiciones de vida de los oficiales licenciados y adopto la resolucion del Presidium de la APS que refleja las medidas practicas para su ejecucion cabal de ley. Por ultimo, dio enfasis en garantizar por la ley la campana por la implementacion de las resoluciones del VIII Congreso del PTC y del VI Pleno del VIII Periodo de su CC, al exigir que los comites de direccion sobre la legalidad socialista a todos niveles impartan sustancialmente la educacion sobre las nuevas legislaciones y que las instituciones competentes tracen y distribuyan correctamente las normas y capitulos de ejecucion de la ley, de acuerdo con el codigo de legislacion.
