Officials concerned at the Agricultural Commission and the provincial, city and county agricultural guidance organs are taking practical measures to put the cultivation of the fruit trees on a scientific basis in line with the winter conditions and giving guidance and help with responsibility.
A number of units in the field of pomiculture are trimming the branches of fruit trees in winter scientifically and technologically in keeping with their biological characteristics and the nature and terrain on the basis of the past experience in farming.
They are pushing ahead with the production of self-sufficing manure, substitute agrochemicals and slaked lime according to a well thought-out plan.
