A south Korean press organ released on February 24th an indefinite report that the US Indian-Pacific Commander said if we launch an inter-continental ballistic missile to the Pacific, it would be downed immediately.
I am not clear whether he released such improper remarks representing the US military or the south Korean puppet press made an habitual wordplay. True or not, I definitely warn.
The Pacific does not belong to the United States or Japan.
I take an interest in the the possible response of the United States, in case third country attempts to intercept the strategic weapon frequently launched by the US forces as they like in the Pacific on the ground of counteraction.
If he had considered possible unavoidable counteraction against such terrible development, he would have realized what a reckless remarks unable to manage he made.
The US Indian-Pacific Commander reportedly described the "South Korea-US extended war deterrent means operation exercise" as a "meaningful one" which gave a message not only to our country but also to other countries. Then, I have also a message to the United States.
If such military action as interception is made against our test of strategic weapon conducted without any threat to the security of the neighboring countries in the open sea and open area not belonging to the control of the United States, it would precisely be construed otherwise than a declaration of war against the DPRK.
I also remind him of the fact that the norms of our military action under such situation have already been established.
The recent demonstrative military actions committed by the United States and south Korea beyond the tolerable line and all kinds of their rhetorical expressions undoubtedly provide us with the condition in which we cannot but cope with them by some measures without fail.
As already clarified, we watch and comprehend all of the military movement of the US forces and the south Korean puppet military and are always in military preparedness to take proper, prompt and overwhelming actions any time according to judgement.
The United States and south Korea should mind their p's and q's further aggravating the situation.
