Choe Ryong Hae, chairman of the Standing Committing of the Supreme People's Assembly (SPA) of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), on March 10 sent a congratulatory message to Zhao Leji on his election as chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (NPC) of the People's Republic of China (PRC).
He, in the message, said that the First Session of the 14th NPC of China, held amid the great interest and expectations of the public at home and abroad, marked an important occasion of greatly encouraging the Chinese people out in the struggle to implement the tasks of the 20th Party Congress.
The Chinese people have achieved many successes in the new journey for building a socialist modernized state on a full scale under the leadership of the Communist Party of China with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core, the message noted.
