Pyongyang, March 20 (KCNA) -- True to the resolutions of the Seventh Plenary Meeting of the Eighth Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, farmers in South Hwanghae Province push ahead with the sowing of rice seeds in beds.
The provincial Party committee and the provincial rural economy committee held a passing-on-technique meeting to make the officials and workers in the agricultural field do farming with meticulous plans and scientific ways of practice.
The participants, who deeply grasped the methods of producing various seedbeds and seed treatment after solving technical problems arising in the earlier sowing, made full preparations for sowing rice seeds together with agricultural workers in their regions and units.
Agricultural workers in Kangryong and Anak counties have made achievements while applying rational working methods.
Farms in Jaeryong and Chongdan counties are sowing rice seeds with sincerity after increasing the responsibility of technical workers and technical experts in farms and workteams.
Similar achievements are being witnessed in Ongjin, Jangyon and Samchon counties. -0-
