Pyongyang, March 21 (KCNA) -- True to the Party's programme of rural revolution in the new era, big efforts are directed to consolidating the material and technical foundations of city and county construction units in the DPRK.
The central headquarters for rural construction and each provincial headquarters set a stage-by-stage goal for raising the proportion of mechanization in construction.
