Pyongyang, March 28 (KCNA) -- Schoolchildren on a tour of the 250-mile journey for learning passed Hyangsan.
In the course of the tour march, they visited the Chongun Inn Revolutionary Site, the Huichon Inn Revolutionary Site and other places to deeply grasp the revolutionary exploits of the great leader Generalissimo Kim Il Sung who nurtured his high ambition to save the destiny of the country and nation while making the 250-mile journeys for learning and national liberation in his early years.
During its breaks, there were a meeting for hearing impressions of the reminiscences of anti-Japanese guerrillas and a question-and-answer study contest, which served as an occasion for deeply grasping the noble mental world of the forerunners who created the revolutionary traditions of Mt Paektu.
Flying the flag, the tour group entered Hyangsan Township on March 26.
Officials, working people and schoolchildren in Hyangsan County greeted the tour group members.
The tour group members laid a floral basket and bouquets before the statue of Kim Il Sung in the township and paid tribute to him.
They are stepping up their march to Mangyongdae after leaving the township on March 27. -0-
