There are lots of monumental creations named after "people" in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea where the people are the masters of everything and everything serves them.
They include the People's Palace of Culture, the Grand People's Study House, the People's Open-Air Ice Rink, the People's Theatre and the Rungna People's Pleasure Ground.
The Rungna People's Pleasure Ground on the beautiful Rungna Islet in the Taedong River flowing through the capital Pyongyang was inaugurated in July Juche 101(2012).
The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un visited the pleasure ground under construction at the last stage in April that year and named it in person.
He stressed that the word of "people" should be included in the name of the pleasure ground and said it is best to call it the Rungna People's Pleasure Ground.
Indeed, he always thought of the people.
