Pyongyang, May 12 (KCNA) -- Rodong Sinmun in an article on Friday says that the Korean revolution is displaying its might as an irresistible cause which cannot be arrested or stopped by any means.

This is a brilliant fruition of the wise leadership of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who led all the people to arm themselves with the revolutionary spirit of Paektu and live and fight in this spirit, the article says, and continues:

The respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un is a prominent statesman who pushes ahead with the work for arming all the people with the revolutionary spirit of Paektu, regarding it as an important strategic task of the revolution.

The respected General Secretary fully clarified that to equip all the people with the great fighting spirit of the preceding generations of the revolution is not merely a tactical countermeasure for overcoming the current difficulties but the important work crucial to the existence and development of a socialist state and a strategic line that should be held fast to permanently until the final victory of the revolution. Herein lies the sagacity of his guidance.

He is an outstanding leader who has made sure that a fresh turn is brought about in the work to arm all the people with the revolutionary spirit by steadily improving the forms and methods of ideological education.

He sees to it that the Party and working people’s organizations conduct ideological education in a principled and substantial way and on a regular basis, regardless of time and place, by mobilizing all information and motivational forces and means, so that people imbibe the revolutionary spirit of Paektu the way they breathe air.

He is a great teacher who is raising our people to be strong and brave performers who were tempered in a revolutionary way through the great practical struggle for socialist construction.

Revolutionary practice is a forge for ideological training.

Especially, for the younger generation who has not experienced the severe trials of the revolution, the practical struggle serves as an important occasion for preparing themselves ideologically, spiritually and volitionally.

Today our people, conscious of being descendants of Paektu and successors to the revolution, are performing heroic feats in the struggle to open up a new phase of socialist construction.
