Cha Kwon Ung, a fourth-year student of the land construction engineering faculty in Hamhung University of Hydraulic Engineering, solved a sci-tech problem urgently needed for agricultural production.
He has always brought books with him since he entered the university and grasped the working principles of machines and problems to be overcome in a laboratory during his leisure hours.
And he visited nearby farms in order to mechanize agricultural production.
For such efforts and passion, he won high appraisal at the national students’ information sci-tech achievements show and the national students’ scientific research presentation last year.
Based on his research hits, he helped manufacture many rotary sprinklers to send them to different farms in the province.
He finds true worth and happiness as university student of a new generation in supporting the country with his strong passion for creat ion and patriotism.
