Pyongyang, June 1 (KCNA) -- The children in the DPRK are significantly celebrating the June 1 International Children's Day.
Seeing the children playing diverse amusement games, the nurses, kindergarten teachers and parents are deeply moved by the warm love of the respected fatherly Marshal Kim Jong Un who loves the children most and gives them all happiness.
Kim Jong Un shows warm love and affection for the children, calling for sparing nothing for them, the kings of the country and its future pillars.
Saying that infantile development in nurseries and kindergartens is most important in the growth and development of children at the 3rd Plenary Meeting of the 8th Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea in June Juche 110 (2021), he made it an important Party policy to provide the children across the country with dairy products and other nutritious foods at state expense.
And the 6th Session of the 14th Supreme People's Assembly held early in February 2022 adopted the law on childcare which stipulates the legal requirements of establishing a well-regulated system for producing and supplying nutritious foodstuffs for children, regularly providing all the children with dairy products and other nutritious foods free of charge and providing them with the best conditions for growth.
The respected fatherly Marshal made sure that all provinces, cities and counties built milk production bases according to local demand and took other measures for supplying milk products to the children of nurseries and kindergartens across the country.
All provinces, cities and counties have striven to increase the output of dairy products, true to the Party's childcare policy, thus laying a foundation for supplying more high-quality milk products to children.
Seeing the children growing up healthily with milk and nutritious foods provided free of charge every day, the people across the country say in an excited tone that the love of Kim Jong Un is so great that the height of the sky and the depth of the sea can never match it. -0-
