Choe Kuk Jin, a worker of the large machine tool workshop of the Ryongsong Machine Complex, has been working sincerely every day for over a decade since he began to operate a machine by following in the footsteps of his grandfather and father. He is a highly skilled hand who has been valued and respected by his complex as precious as gold, to say nothing of his workshop.
He made painstaking efforts to acquire working knowledge while being involved in the study-while-you-work system before his peers in order to improve his technical knowledge and skills.
In the course of this, he became an innovator by overfulfilling his economic quotas every year in the past nine years as he trained eight apprentices into skilled workers.
Choe, who is a highly skilled hand and master inventor the complex is proud of, spares no youthful wisdom and passion in the effort to timely carry out the task of manufacturing major custom-built facilities which are of great importance in the country’s economic development.
