Ju Tae Il, a member of Rason City Brigade of the Paektusan Hero Youth Shock Brigade building a new street in the capital city, often receives letters from his mother.
Whenever he receives her letter, he over-fulfills his task with more power and courage.
Some days ago, her mother sent him a letter. It says: “Young people with whom you had been working together in the Rason City People’s Committee visited our home with things necessary to daily life again. Since you left the home I came to have many sons and daughters.”
When Ju Tae Il left to take part in the new street construction in the capital city months ago, he had worried about his mother who had raised him alone since she was widowed.
But now, he is free from such worry, because the young people of the Rason City People’s Committee visited his home frequently to bestow warm affection on his mother like her real son.
Thanks to such sincerity of young people Ju became an innovator of the shock brigade.
A story of the letters received by a shock brigade member at the construction site of new street shows the genuine appearance of our socialist society in which everybody shares weal and woe while helping and leading one another forward.
