Pyongyang, July 12 (KCNA) -- The looks of the people enjoying happiness along with the time of the great Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) are displayed in the island village in the northwest most part of the DPRK, touching the heartstrings of people.
The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un , who regards the misfortune suffered by the people as the greatest pain and spares nothing to heal it, set it as the primary task to provide first of all dwelling houses for the inhabitants of the workers' district in Pidan Island, Sindo County, who suffered unexpected disaster, and solved all problems arising in construction.
He saw to it that a lot of daily necessities were sent to the inhabitants, giving detailed instructions on the issue of providing kitchen utensils and fuel.
Under the care of the benevolent father who is taking warm care of the people in the difficult times, modern houses to be envied by everyone were wonderfully built on the site of disaster in the shortest possible period.
A ceremony of moving into new houses took place on the spot on Tuesday.
Present there were Kim Chol U, secretary of the North Phyongan Provincial Committee of the WPK, officials concerned, builders, residents to be moved into the dwelling houses and working people in Sindo County.
Ri Yong Chol, chairman of the North Phyongan Provincial People's Committee, made a congratulatory speech.
The speaker said that the new houses in the village of an island in the end of the west sea of the country are a precious fruition of the loving care for the people shown by Kim Jong Un who is giving special affection to the inhabitants of the island with parental affection, thinking more of children who are far away than the near ones.
The license for the use of the houses was conveyed to the participants amid their great emotion and warm applause and oath-taking speeches were made.
Then, the people began to move into new houses amid the playing of dancing party.
Officials congratulated the owners of the new houses who were very grateful for receiving wonderful houses free of charge, sharing joy with them.
The housewarming ceremonies on Pidan Island made the people keep the conviction once again that the future of the country is rosy and bright and the Korean people will enjoy a happy life to the full in the rich and civilized socialist paradise, thanks to the warm care of the greatest father in the world. -0-
