Pyongyang, August 4 (KCNA) -- Rodong Sinmun says in an article on Friday: We are members of a powerful nation! - this is the sentiment of the people on this land that has grown stronger with the 70th anniversary of the war victory as an occasion.
The weighty significance of the recent grand political festival, to be specially recorded in the history of the country, lies in the fact that it implanted deeper into the hearts of all the people the high national pride and self-confidence of having the powerful strength nobody can match and the faith and optimism that the mightiness of the DPRK and its history of victory will be everlasting under the guidance of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un , the article says, and goes on:
Thanks to the great pride and self-confidence that we are citizens of a powerful country no one dares provoke, we could courageously advance without any moment's stalemate or stagnation despite manifold hardships.
Such pride and self-confidence are the foremost strength of ours, and the higher they grow, the faster the advance of the revolution will be accelerated.
Our people's confidence in sure victory and optimism are based on the great pride and self-confidence of being guided by the great leader.
The respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un is an experienced and seasoned leader who guides the country and the people along a shortcut to victory and prosperity with an eye to the distant future in the present complicated world, and led by him, we are sure to emerge victorious. When this faith remains unshakable, there will be neither difficulties insurmountable nor fortress unconquerable for us.
