Pyongyang, August 17 (KCNA) -- Party information workers and lecturers from North and South Phyongan and Hwanghae provinces, Jagang Province and Nampho and Kaesong municipalities of the DPRK conducted intensive lecture and information activities in rural areas of Anak County, South Hwanghae Province.
Those from North Phyongan and North Hwanghae provinces launched their activities at Kyongji and Phyongjong farms to encourage the agricultural workers to become patriotic peasants supporting the Party with rice, bearing deep in their mind the great benevolence of the Party Central Committee.
At the Phanryuk Farm, those from Kaesong Municipality informed its farmers of the common knowledge of agricultural science and technology and called upon them to become masters of scientific farming and reap a good harvest.
Those from Nampho Municipality gave an art performance with songs and poems to rev up the zeal of agricultural workers.
Intensive lecture and information teams from South Phyongan, Jagang and South Hwanghae provinces, too, gave lectures and performances at Roam, Taechu and Namjong farms respectively, calling on the agricultural workers to hit the grain production target for this year without fail by overcoming the effect of disastrous abnormal climate and ensuring the scientific cultivation of crops in the second half of growth. -0-
