Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un Meets Chinese Party and Government Delegation

Kim Jong Un, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) and president of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, met the party and government delegation of the People's Republic of China on September 8. The delegation is visiting the DPRK to take part in the celebrations of its 75th founding anniversary.
The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un warmly greeted the members of the Chinese party and government delegation led by Liu Guozhong, member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and vice-premier of the State Council of China, and had a talk with them in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
He expressed thanks to the respected Comrade Xi Jinping for extending sincere congratulations to the Party, government and people of the DPRK on the occasion of its 75th founding anniversary and sending a party and government delegation to the celebrations of the anniversary.
He noted that the Chinese comrades' participation in the celebrations of the founding anniversary of the DPRK added glory to the events for marking its national day. Saying that he deeply realized through the Chinese party and government delegation's visit to the DPRK that Comrade Xi Jinping and the Chinese party and government attach great importance to the peculiarities of the DPRK-China relations, he expressed thanks and high appreciation for it.
Wishing Comrade Xi Jinping good health and continuous excellent successes in his important duty to lead the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics, he expressed belief that the Chinese people would surely realize the great dream of the prosperity of the Chinese nation under the leadership of the CPC.
During the talk, the two sides reached consensus of views on developing the friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries and further intensifying the multi-faceted coordination and cooperation for the well-being of the peoples of the two countries.
The talk proceeded in an atmosphere of deep comradeship.
Kim Jong Un had a photo taken with the members of the Chinese delegation.
