Pyongyang, September 19 (KCNA) -- Meetings took place at Songgok, Pukchang and Sindae fruit farms and the Phungchon Fruit Processing Factory in Kwail County, South Hwanghae Province of the DPRK, to mark the 30th anniversary of President Kim Il Sung 's field guidance.
Reports were made at the meetings attended by officials concerned and officials and employees of relevant units.
The reporters noted that Kim Il Sung left sacred traces of leadership at various units of Kwail County on September 19, Juche 82 (1993).
Going round the Songgok Fruit Farm, he stressed the need to direct efforts to tending the fields so as to produce a large quantity of fruit and mechanize the application of fertilizer.
At the Pukchang Fruit Farm with a rich fruit harvest, he gave detailed instructions on the issues arising in expanding orchard on a large scale and showed warm loving care for its working people.
He climbed an observation post of the Sindae Fruit Farm to indicate the orientation and ways for putting the cultivation of fruit trees on a scientific basis and sprucing up the orchard.
Going round the Phungchon Fruit Processing Factory, he gave precious instructions on modernizing equipment, making good packing containers and producing various kinds of canned fruit.
The reporters called upon all officials and working people to glorify the honor of the units associated with the leadership exploits and leave the traces of loyalty and patriotism in the ongoing general advance for the overall development of Korean-style socialism. -0-
