Pyongyang, September 21 (KCNA) -- Officials and workers in the machine-building industry of the DPRK are making successes in the production of equipment and materials for housing construction in the capital city.
Officials of the Ministry of Machine-building Industry and relevant units have directed primary efforts to giving full play to the working masses' mental power while prioritizing the improvement of quality.
The Hamhung Youth Electric Appliances Plant produced more than 14 100 feeder boxes to be sent to the construction sites for second-stage 10 000 flats in the Hwasong area and a new street in the Sopho area.
The Pyongyang Measuring Instrument Factory successfully carried out the production plan for air pressure gauge necessary for pumping equipment.
Such successes have been made at the Pyongyang Electric Cable General Factory 326, the Pyongyang Motor Plant, the Anju Pump Factory and the Ryangchaek Bearing Factory. -0-
