Reply message to President of State Affairs Kim Jong Un from Vietnamese party and state leaders The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, General Secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and President of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, received a reply message from Nguyen Phu Trong,General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Viet Nam, and Vo Van Thuong, President of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, on the 18th.
The message expressed heartfelt thanks to Kim Jong Un for having sent a congratulatory message on the occasion of the 78th National Day of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam.
It expressed the conviction that the traditional relations of friendship between the two countries would, in the future, steadily consolidate and develop to meet the expectation of the two peoples and make a contribution to keeping peace, stability, cooperation and development of the region and the world thanks to the common interest and efforts of the party and state leaders and people of the two countries. It wished Kim Jong Un good health and greater successes in discharging his noble duty.
