Kim Chaek University of Technology, a pedigree farm for training scientific and technological personnel, is powerfully leading the sci-tech development and economic construction of the country.
Researchers of the university have contributed to promoting the normalized production, modernization and scientification of different fields of the national economy including the Kim Chaek Iron and Steel Complex.
They satisfactorily carried out the tasks of establishing the integrated automation system and the power management system of different factories in Kimhwa County of Kangwon Province and thus successfully ensured the inaugural ceremonies of local industry factories.
Students of the university took the first place at the "Codechef" international internet program challenge contest held in the first half of last year and won the national programming challenge contest.
The university is training the students as creative talents with high faculties of inquiry and practical ability by promoting the practicability, comprehensiveness and modernity of educational contents on the basis of modern sci-tech successes and further improving heuristics.
