They have made a progress in drawing up an optimized mathematical model with main emphasis on correctly predicting and informing the fish resource quantities and main fishing grounds for the boats to catch a full load of fish each time they go out fishing.
They also direct efforts to building and completing a comprehensive database by observing and studying on the spot the ecological materials according to oceanic conditions, meteorological state and kinds of fishes and combining them with fishing activities in the period concerned.
